What Talk You

Recently as I cruised over some blogs written by Chtistians, through the articles they wrote, I could spot a very obvious form of how they describe their bad circumstances in life. Here is how some of them compose, or I should say many at times, I myself write like that too. First we state down the problems we have, secondly we descirbe how bad the situation is, thridly we suggested what the consequences are if the problem is not dealt with, fourthly we write the ways available for those problems to be solved and lastly we write one sentence, "I believe God will take care of me through all the circumstances". I have totaly no problem with the last sentence as I myself believe in it, but you should know that I have more to say. As sensitive people still live, I will lay down to you my points with a few sentences:

90% of bad circumstance, 10% of sane. I remember how Paul started all his letters with Grace and Peace to you..." I remember many "grace-s"

we should learn how to write smarter shouldn't we?

Smart Christian Readers, you know what I'm trying to say. And it doesn't matter if you think that it is nonsense, because great people, are usually much nonsense. This is The Daily Blog.

Still Standing

One room all musicians,
Me alone a poet,
Neither the room nor the world knew who I was,
What is the difference?
One room all musicians,
Me alone a poet,
A little cold and a little lost.

A life-long biography of Supe (intro)

In the Greek Mythology, Superman rose as a fashion icon under the command of Zeus, the king of all god and goddess when such crap existed. Superman blew a wave of popularity with his mascular body and how he wrapped his waist with a table cloth. That was the begginging of nude modeling. For more, read on.....

A life-long biograpy of Supe~~

In the later days, Supe got a little too far in the ages that came, due to the explicit nudity, he was cast to the exile where he shall not return again.

Confident with his looks and sense of fashion, he later moved to Metropolis in order to pursue his dream. With a coating of blue down his tanned body, his passion for red thongs had never ceased, along with that, he earned fame through the Marvel comic that swept the entire globe with the Story Superman in the 1970’s. In addition, Hollywood laid down millions ever since to produce his movies.

Many years later, after the superhero themed movies had ceased down, Superman had to find other alternatives to make a living. In the year 2001, he cooperated with a Japanese company in order to promote the kids favorite doll Hello Kitty. Now with a brand new look, brand new suit afresh, he succeeded in faming the doll. As a result, the hello kitty doll hit the red throughout Asia.

But then, at the end of the day Superman was never meant for cartoons or doll….. He was a man with a dream. And nothing would stop him until the end of ages. In the 2006, collaborating with Hollywood movies, with the budget of 200 millions, Superman returns as the summer blockbuster, busting all the seats in cinemas. He was sent for one purpose………. He lived to fulfill one dream ……….Superman Ballet!!

Rolling Coasting on your blues

I was walking down the street, in a forest of legs shuffling back and forth. The blissful morning was unfolding like a fog, covering every corner of this sea of humanity. I walked for a long time, humming the same old tune as I have done in the past twenty years.

It was a typical day. I followed the same route, circling around the pavement. I lifted my eyes and saw the beginning of a new day, a new dawn and a new life. Everything was divine before my eyes, falling right at the perfect place. The pines stood tall along the path and daffodils beneath those giant boughs sprang forth in yellow showers. My nose picked up the fragrance of flowers drifting through the breeze; I felt the warmth of the sun. I flung my sight down the lane towards the beautiful end of the street only to find a beggar – a dirty old beggar sitting on the five foot way.

I moved forward, heading towards the old man. I was curious about him. A sense of compassion stirred my heart. I thought to myself, how unfortunate it was, to live a life such as this – ragged man in ragged clothes with an outstretched arm holding a cracked bowl. I was ready to see a pathetic face shown by the poor man.

“Good morning sir!” A voice thundered as I walked to the man. I was astounded to hear the old beggar greeting me. I saw a big smile on his face and I could see that he was truly happy. I could hardly believe my eyes. It was not what I thought at all, absolutely beyond expectations. Recovering from my surprise, I looked at the man, stunned for a moment and answered, “Good.... morning. Sir, you look very happy.”

“Yeah? Can’t an old beggar like me be happy? That is all I got, no family, too old to work, living alone like an isle and the only thing I have now is a smile, take it away from me and I’ll be as good as dead.” The beggar replied with a grin on his face. Now the last thing I ever bargained for was a philosopher.

“If life was really that tragic, why then do you still wear a smile on your face?” I asked.
“What is past is past, when there’s no reason to be sad, there’s every reason to be happy. Please sir, don’t ask too many questions, life is too short to answer them all.” Looking once again at the man, I took out some money, held it to him and slowly walked away.

The next morning, I headed for the same direction to the same street only to find that the man was no longer on the five foot way. However, I could still hear his voice ringing in my ears. “Don’t ask too many questions, life is too short to answer them all.”

It's Alright

When darkness gathers around my life, and I fail. The only voice that I want to hear is you saying “It’s alright…” ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the Daily Blog. I was inspired to write about a simple phrase today. And if you are an artist you should know that inspirations do not come like manna from heaven. We grab each piece like a jigsaw puzzle and put them together from time to time, just hoping that someday it will turn out right. When I closed my eyes these few nights out of the usual, common and natural stress from the day. Often in my mind, I could hear in my tired mind a still small voice telling out to myself two words, “It’s alright….. It’s going to be just alright”.
Although it was just two simple words. But when uttered it carries much more than we could have thought off. Behind the shallow eyes of understanding, this phrase, it carries forgiveness, it denotes tolerance, it stands for encouragement, it signifies understanding. It implies comfort, it represents peace, it presages trust, it purports agreement and it insinuates grace. It is a phrase that carries the guarantee that all things are going to be fine. Fine from our worries, fine from our concern, fine from our apprehension!
Just how much more can you ask from a bad situation but one firm glances to the eye and have one saying to you that everything is alright? If today is your bad day, I want to tell that it’s alright. If yesterday was a nightmare, I want to tell you that it’s alright, though tomorrow is uncertain and unfathomable. Whatever happens ladies and gentlemen I want to stand here and tell you that it is alright……Believe in the power of your tongue and speak it today. This is the Daily Blog.

Ophthalmolgy Exam

This is an Ophthalmolgy Exam. It's cool if you do not understand what does the word means, because I don't have a hint too. ~.~ But the pictures attached are used to test the level of stress a person can handle. The slower the pictures move, the better your ability of handling stress. But even if you see those flowers spin around madly, I would like to asure you that all is fine. As long as we would carry the right attitude in life, I believe stress will be nothing but tanning rays from the morning sun. Though shining, yet soothing. This is The Daily Blog.

Man of Steel Returns.....

Look up the sky, it’s a bird, it’s a plane, no it’s Brandon Routh manning up the horizon with form fitting tights!Warner Bros 2006 presented summer blockbuster ‘Superman Returns’. As the movie hit the Cinema wide on the 28 of Jun, fans across the world flooded the theaters. The figure, which included early Tuesday night screenings (27 Jun) marked the 8th biggest opening for a Wednesday, just behind last year’s War of The Worlds. Featuring Brandon Routh revealed a new face of the greatest Superhero. More than just a movie, the show indicated a move towards a new era of time, from what used to be just a few comic strips, having stood the test of time, ‘Superman Returns’ conquered the theaters this summer.
Kuching City has its die hard fan too for Superman as the cinemas were moderately crowded when the premiere show went on air. Since several superheroes themed movies were released during the passed 2 years. E.g. Batman, Spiderman, X-men, Fantastic Four. The crowd mainly dominated by teenaged group went in seeking for their ultimate champion. Struggling to stand for truth and justice, having the ability while human can only dream of------‘The Man of Steel’.
It was as if just yesterday, I was sitting on the sofa, waiting for the Superman show to play at 10.00pm on TV 3 every Monday. But then it was 5 years ago when Dean Kent (also the host of Ripley’s believed or not) who played the role of Superman. It was a different time with a different actor but it was the same show. Seeing the big red “S” on the screen again is an exciting experience. Welcome home Supe. We missed you.
